Voting for AOTM will take place between 7:00-7:05. This will allow us to announce winners by 7:55 and start the demo promptly at 8.
WHERE: Foundation Center at Lafreniere Park
DEMO: Local artist and art educator Sara Hardin will be doing a demonstration on her techniques for using abstraction to enhance realism through layering. Sara recently held an exhibition titled “Reading the Room” at the UNO Gallery, featuring a series of abstracted and surrealistic interior and exterior scenes. JAG BANQUET
Our end-of-term banquet will be on July 26 at Zea’s in Kenner. Your choice of dinner options is attached at the end of the attached newsletter. The price varies depending on your choice of entree. Sign-up and pay at our June meeting. If you do not sign-up at our June meeting, you can send your check, payable to JAG, to our Treasurer, Jan Wilken at 7620 Norton Ave., Harahan, LA 70123. We need payment and a definite head count no later than July 12.
